Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any fitness equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided return label; we will notify you via email as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
